Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to downloadable schematics, checklists, and operational templates. Digital materials cannot be "returned." You acknowledge this and waive any right to refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your financial institution or payment processor constitutes a breach of this Agreement. You agree that:

All materials provided by HSP—including PDFs, schematics, diagrams, checklists, templates, and any other digital content—are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use within your own household or immediate operational cell only. You are strictly prohibited from:

Every digital asset purchased from HSP contains forensic watermarks unique to each transaction. These watermarks encode your name, email address, order ID, IP address, and device fingerprint at the time of purchase. Our systems continuously monitor for unauthorized distribution across the open web and darknet.
If your copy is discovered on any unauthorized platform, you agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount of $10,000 USD per incident, plus all legal fees, investigation costs, and recovery expenses incurred by HSP. Each individual file shared constitutes a separate incident. You further agree that we may pursue injunctive relief and that your information will be shared with law enforcement and legal counsel. Your IP address and device data are permanently logged. There is no anonymity in violation.
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards through encrypted, third-party processors. Prices are subject to change without notice; changes will not affect completed purchases. You agree to pay all charges associated with your transaction, including applicable taxes.
⚠️ OPERATIONAL ORDER: PAYPAL & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you file a dispute with PayPal or your card issuer contrary to these Terms, you authorize HSP to present this Agreement as conclusive evidence of your waiver of refund rights. You acknowledge that initiating a dispute after agreeing to a "no refunds" policy constitutes bad faith and may subject you to liability for the full disputed amount, plus treble damages where permitted by law, and all legal fees. HSP vigorously defends its rights and will escalate all unwarranted chargebacks to collections and legal action. Our legal team has successfully recovered damages from violators, and we will do the same.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, you waive any right to cancel, return, or obtain a refund, including for reasons of change of mind, accidental purchase, or subsequent discovery of similar content elsewhere.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HSP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Installation or products, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or failure of systems in an actual emergency. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product in question. You acknowledge that survival situations are inherently risky and that you assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HSP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, your unauthorized distribution of our content, or your initiation of an unwarranted chargeback or dispute.
Your privacy is respected, but operational security requires data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Installation.
